Prego
Executive Chef, Marco Boscaini from Milan, oversees a kitchen that
produces the absolute best in authentic Italian cuisine. Marco has spent
nine years working in Thailand, and was previously the chef at one of
Bangkok’s most popular Italian restaurants, ‘ Number 43’. He later
opened a similar venue in Rayong, and then moved back to Bangkok where
he ran the kitchen at Amari Watergate until he was asked to establish
Prego on Koh Samui.
